viipph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "viipph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR license serving Filipino players.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using viipph services:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Employees, consultants, or affiliates of viipph or its game providers
• Immediate family members of viipph employees
• Persons who have been previously excluded or self-excluded from viipph or other gambling platforms
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity without proper authorization

3.1 Payment Methods

• viipph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed on the website. All available payment methods are subject to change at viipph's discretion.

3.2 Currency and Fees

3.3 Deposit Limits

• Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for decreases.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• viipph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions pending investigation.
• If your account balance includes deposits that have not been wagered at least once, viipph may apply a processing fee or require minimum wagering before approving withdrawal.

5.1 Fair Play

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and cannot be influenced by viipph or users.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viipph and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses offered by viipph are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided with each promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• viipph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

13.1 Voluntary Closure

• Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened. You must register a new account if you wish to use viipph services again.

13.2 Involuntary Termination

• viipph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse.
• Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
